We've been in operation since 1996. We can provide NUANS Reports and a full range of Corporate Registry services and supplies. In 1998 the Alberta government privatized its Corporate Registry services into 4 service levels; basic, level 1, level 2 and level 3.
Namequest can offer all 4 level of services.
Basic services:
includes corporate searches (current and historical), certificates of status and certified information.
Level 1 services:
includes annual returns and interim changes of shareholders, change of directors, change of addresses, change of attorney for service and trade name registrations.
Level 2 services include:
Alberta corporations, extra provincial registrations, continuances into or out of Alberta, revivals/reinstatements, and dissolutions.
Level 3 services include:
amalgamations of Alberta Corporations, amalgamations of Extra Provincial Corporations, amendments, restating articles and mergers.
